Acquarello / PROJECT ENQUIRIES

Privacy and
your project brief.

What we receive

When you submit a project, Acquarello receives your name, email, project description and the optional business, video type, package, company, deadline or context you provide.

How we use it

We use these details to assess your project, respond to your enquiry and agree any next steps. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically book a call.

Source and referral context

The site may keep campaign tags (UTM parameters), a referral label, an external referrer’s domain and the landing path in your browser’s session storage. The first labelled source in that session can accompany your brief. This is context about a visit, not proof of which video caused an enquiry or sale. Avoid putting personal information into campaign links.

Storage and notifications

Enquiries are stored in a private database hosted through ChatGPT Sites (Cloudflare). Resend is the configured provider for email notifications to donacquarello@gmail.com when notifications are enabled. These services process the details needed to store and deliver your request. The public website has no endpoint for reading stored enquiries. Hosting providers may process technical request data for security, operation and spam prevention.

Local event hooks

The website exposes lightweight events for CTA clicks, package selection, form start and confirmed submission. The included code keeps only a small in-memory event history, excludes your name, email and brief, and does not load an external analytics service.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact donacquarello@gmail.com about your enquiry or to request deletion of the details you submitted. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal documents in the brief.
